The object of the present invention is a liquid distillation device that has characteristics aimed at achieving greater energy efficiency than other distillation equipment on the market. Field of application of the invention.
This invention is applicable in the distillate of liquids, intended for various fields such as food, medicine, laboratory, dietetics or any other where the use of distilled liquid is required, under adequate hygienic conditions and without impurities. State of the art
Currently there are different techniques for liquid treatment, among others water, whose purpose is the purification of the liquid in question, and the elimination of organic substances, such as microcontaminants and multivalent ions. These techniques include, for example: microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and distillation.
In the distillation of liquids, which is the technique that has a greater relationship with the present invention, they are used from household utensils, which consist of a container in which the evaporation of a liquid occurs by means of heat input; said container having a lid in which the steam condenses and an outlet duct of the condensed and distilled liquid.
A convenience of this type of distillers is that the heat necessary for evaporation is applied to the outside of the container, which means that a significant part of the energy used is wasted and consequently low energy efficiency.
Another known device for the distillation of liquids, for example salt water
or drinking water, is a solar distiller consisting of a reservoir in which the evaporation of the liquid to be distilled is produced by heating the solar energy; said reservoir having an inclined lid whereby the condensed vapor drops descend on the inner surface thereof towards an evacuation duct of the distilled liquid.
This type of device has the advantage that it uses solar energy for its operation, but depending on the atmospheric conditions it can have a very low production of distilled liquid.
Therefore, the technical problem that arises is the development of a liquid distillation device that guarantees a high production of distilled liquid regardless of external conditions and greater energy efficiency than the existing distillation equipment in the market. Description of the invention
To achieve the aforementioned objectives, this liquid distillation device comprises: a vapor impermeable dome, configured to house the liquid to be distilled in a lower part of its volume; -a heat pump arranged inside the dome, connected to an external power supply, and provided with a condenser that releases heat and an evaporator that absorbs heat, forming respectively a hot part and a cold part of the heat pump ; -a radiator connected to the hot part of the heat pump, suitable for evaporating the liquid to be distilled;
-a condenser tank connected to the cold part of the heat pump andsuitable to condense the evaporated liquid and collect the distillate and;-a collector tube, connected to the condenser tank and suitable for drivingin the distillate to the outside of the dome.
The arrangement of both the heat pump and the radiator and the condenser tank inside the dome provides a number of advantages: -the heat released by the hot part of the heat pump and used in the radiator accelerates the formation of steam inside the dome; -the dome, apart from producing a greenhouse effect by increasing the temperature, prevents steam from escaping, allowing it to reach saturation (100% relative humidity if it is water vapor); and - in the cold part the lower temperature causes the condensation of the steam maintaining the saturation. These characteristics allow the device to achieve greater energy efficiency than other distillation devices when using the greenhouse effect, always work with a saturated steam and use the energy of the pump to evaporate and condense mainly.
In one embodiment of the invention, the dome has a lower opening forming an access to its interior of the liquid to be distilled.
The use of this liquid distiller device is very simple, since it is enough to deploy / mount the dome on the surface where you want to act (for example salt water, non-potable water, etc.); Activate the heat pump using the most convenient energy source according to the location (solar, wind, marine, grid, or any other) and then collect the distilled liquid, until the surface stops providing it if it is the case that has been dried Description of the figures.

Said heat pump (2) is connected to an external power supply (not shown) that preferably uses renewable energy such as solar, wind or marine energy, although it is not ruled out that an electrical supply network can be connected.
Said dome (1) has a lower opening (11) forming an access to its interior of the liquid to be distilled; specifically, in this example, it presents a hemispherical configuration open at its base, so that it can be arranged on the surface where you want to act; for example salt water, non-potable water or any other liquid.
During the operation of the heat pump (2) the radiator (21) causes evaporation of the liquid to be distilled inside the dome (1). The steam is retained inside the dome (1) and cooled and condensed in the condenser tank (22); the condensed and distilled liquid being evacuated to the outside by the collecting tube (3).
